Special Event Liability Group Insurance

Certain campus activities and events, University sponsored and non-University sponsored may require additional insurance coverage.  Proof of appropriate insurance coverage is required from outside vendors and non-University sponsors of special events.  If the non-CU vendor or sponsor is unable to obtain insurance, they may apply for this Special Event Liability Group Insurance through the University’s broker, Arthur J. Gallagher Risk Management Services. In addition, University sponsors of activities or events for which there is no standard University insurance coverage may be required to obtain additional coverage and can apply for this Special Event Liability Group Insurance.
